Join us on September 6th as we welcome back former Mandolin Sous Chef, Grady Kaighn. Grady is currently the Chef de Cuisine of Root and Bone in the East Village in New York City. Since he left Mandolin in 2013 he has worked at Jean-George Restaurant, Restaurant Marc Forgione, and Eleven Madison Park. We are excited for him to bring his refined yet comforting style of food back to where his culinary voyage began. Lindsay Farr, Pastry Chef at Restaurant Marc Forgione, will be joining Grady and serving some of her classic, seasonal, American desserts. Chef Sean Fowler and his team at Mandolin could not be more excited to welcome these two New York-based chefs to Mandolin Farm for a family style feast to remember. Join us at 6:00 for a cocktail hour, when Chef Sean Fowler will take you an a guided tour of the farm. Dinner begins promptly at 7:00. Tickets include passed hors d'oeuvres, family style meal, wine, and gratuity.
