Baron de Seillac Brut White NV Ugni-Blanc/Columbard Provence, France Very pale-yellow color with green glints; complex nose with delicious bouquets of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit), of fruits (peaches) and, small white flowers. In mouth, straight attack and a lot of freshness; a very harmonious wine with good persistence. Les Cartresses Rose 2019 Grenache/Carignan/Cinsault Tavel, France This wine is fresh and fruity with a bright rose color and woodland notes nose. Enjoyable as an aperitif, for a picnic, grilled meat, turkey, ham, charcuterie, salads and exotic dishes. Valravn 2019 Chardonnay Sonoma, California Fresh fruit notes are balanced by richer flavors of toasted hazelnuts, marzipan, and toasted coconut from barrel aging. Overall, the Valravn Chardonnay walks the delicate line between high toned freshness and the more powerful flavors of the barrel-fermented Chardonnay. Reono 2018 Marzemino La Rua Trentino, Italy Marzemino is a native grape from the North-East of Italy. Medium body with very delicate and velvety tannins. With White meats, like Turkey, I think it's a very excellent pairing. Bloodroot 2018 Pinot Noir California Utilizing different fruit sources mostly throughout Sonoma County (but also neighboring counties of Marin and Mendocino), the BloodRoot winemakers created a Pinot Noir blend that effortlessly melds cool, coastal Pinot elegance with the velvety polish of culty high-end Pinot producers. Chateau De Riviere 2018 Cabernet Franc Chinon, Loire Valley, France Lovely ruby color with a violet aroma. Made from Cabernet Franc grapes grown on a clay-limestone hillside, this fruity and aromatic wine develops wonderfully, even when the wine is very young. It is elegant, round, and easy to drink. Podere Valle 2018 Chianti Colli Fiorentini, Italy Sangiovese blend at its finest. Perfect balance between acidity and aromatic profile. Saint Loubert 2017 Bordeaux Blend 50/50 Graves, France Deep ruby color. Notes of red fruits and licorice on the nose. Mouth is clear, showing freshness and intensity. Very nice and balanced finish with persistent fruit aromas. Grand Veneur Les Champauvins 2018 Cote du Rhone Rhone, France Intense, brilliant garnet-red in color, this wine reveals lovely fruit, loads of body and a heady bouquet of ground peppers, raspberries cherry liqueur, currants, and spice box. Full-bodied and dense, it tastes more like a “baby Châteauneuf” than a Côtes du Rhône. A complete wine, rich and elegant. Bodegas Yuste, Aurora Amontillado NV Sherry Jerez-Xeres, Spain An authentic Amontillado produced from fine Manzanilla, dry and deeply golden in color. Clearly reminiscent of its late Manzanilla stages with salt air on the nose. Aging has rounded the palate naturally, balanced and long with salt brine lingering. Gianni Doglia 2019 Moscato D'Asti Piedmont, Italy DOCG The perfect Moscato. Lovely balance between acidity and sweetness. It's made for Sweet Potato Pie and Custard. |
