Blue Eyed Pete's BBQ Sauce


Chef Sean Fowler created Blue Eyed Pete’s at Mandolin, one of Raleigh, North Carolina’s finest award-winning restaurants.  It takes the familiar flavors of traditional Kansas City style barbecue sauce and adds a touch of refinement.  Based around fresh summer blueberries and blackberries, this soulful sauce hits both savory and sweet notes with cider vinegar, honey, molasses and cayenne pepper.
