Since Mandolin's inception, a commitment to sourcing only the finest local ingredients and our focus on supporting local businesses have been at the core of who we are. Although we thoroughly embrace these philosophies, we are also pragmatists and supplement our local ingredients with necessities from around the country and occasionally the world. We aren't about to deny our guests a lemon with their iced tea or a glass of Argentinean Malbec based on some purist locavore fanaticism......... until now! For one night only Chef Dylan Shook will be preparing a five course menu sourced entirely from the great State of North Carolina. He will be paring it, exclusively, with North Carolina wines, we will be serving only North Carolina Spirits, and if you want a lime with your water, you'll have to bring one from home! We are incredibly excited to use this special evening to highlight the bounty of this great state that we call home. It will consist of five family style courses with wine pairings. Tickets are $145 per person includes tax and gratuity. (drinks outside of wine pairings will be supplemental) There is really nothing that compares to the fresh flavors of North Carolina in July; this is sure to be a night to remember!
