This years second installment of our "Ingredient Series" is back due to popular demand. Join us as we celebrate everyone's favorite summer ingredient- Tomatoes! Our team at Mandolin has created an exquisite, five-course tomato menu for your enjoyment. Each course aims to capture the beauty and variety of tomato season in North Carolina. We will be featuring 8-10 different varieties from Mandolin Farm and other local growers. The five-course menu is $95 per person. (includes food, tax, and gratuity). Wine, Beer, and Tomato Cocktails will be available at additional cost.
